Yes. The migration needs a controlled setup so customer chats continue while private, B2B, and internal conversations stay excluded.
No. Excluded chats should be identified before launch, then protected by rules so the concierge only treats real customer inquiries.
WhatsApp Business Platform and Telegram. The concierge runs on both at once, with the same knowledge base and the same operator dashboard. Email and web chat are on the roadmap; we prioritise channels customers actually use to book.
English and Arabic are first-class. The concierge detects the customer's language from the message and replies in kind. Mixed-language messages are handled gracefully without asking the customer to switch.
Typical first reply is under a minute, 24/7, including weekends and after hours. The agent does not sleep, does not take breaks, and never sends a customer to voicemail.
Most operators should plan for one to two weeks, depending on fleet data quality, booking flow, and WhatsApp migration needs. We do the setup with your team; you do not have to learn the system before launch.

Per-tenant data isolation in code, AES-encrypted customer PII at rest with per-installation keys, and a strict no-sharing rule across tenants. Production setups follow your operator privacy policy and UAE requirements.
We do. WhatsApp Cloud API configuration, phone number migration if you are moving an existing number, Meta Business verification support, and webhook wiring all happen as part of setup. You do not need to learn the WhatsApp Business Platform to launch.
