LuxAI.ae provides managed AI concierge setup, WhatsApp workflow configuration, dashboard setup, and support for business operators.

Commercial terms, data processing details, and production responsibilities are confirmed with each operator before launch.

No public self-serve promise

LuxAI.ae is currently provided as a managed setup. Public pages describe the service direction, but access, scope, integrations, and launch timing depend on a confirmed operator setup.

Operator responsibility

Each operator remains responsible for its own customer relationship, prices, policies, legal disclosures, payment handling, booking decisions, staff actions, and compliance obligations.

The concierge should support the operator workflow. It does not replace the operator's responsibility to verify critical information before relying on it.

Availability and accuracy

We aim to keep the system available and accurate, but no AI, messaging, hosting, or third-party platform can be guaranteed to be uninterrupted or error-free.

Operators should keep human handoff available for VIPs, unclear requests, disputes, payments, accidents, urgent matters, and any case that requires judgment.

Third-party platforms

The service may depend on WhatsApp Business Platform, Meta services, hosting providers, database providers, AI model providers, analytics, file storage, CRM tools, payment tools, and other integrations selected for the operator.

Changes, outages, account restrictions, API limits, or policy updates by those platforms may affect the service.

Intellectual property

The LuxAI.ae brand, website, interface concepts, setup materials, prompts, workflows, and implementation assets remain protected unless a written agreement says otherwise.

Operator data, brand assets, fleet data, catalogue data, customer conversations, and business rules remain the operator's business material, subject to the agreed setup terms.

Dispute resolution

We are not willing or obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
