01

Who we are

LuxAI.ae is an AI concierge service for businesses that manage customer inquiries through WhatsApp and related internal tools.

During the current launch phase, LuxAI.ae is operated by Webkomodo. Operator-specific commercial and data processing terms are confirmed before production launch.

02

What we collect

Website contact messages, WhatsApp setup requests, operator details, business preferences, fleet or catalogue setup files, pricing rules, delivery rules, policy rules, support notes, and technical diagnostics.

If an operator launches the concierge, customer conversation data may include names, phone numbers, inquiry details, booking preferences, nationality, age, driver license information, delivery location, payment status, and documents the customer chooses to send.

We do not intentionally collect sensitive information unless the operator workflow requires it and the customer chooses to provide it.

03

How we use it

To set up the concierge, answer customer inquiries, route handoffs, maintain the dashboard, debug issues, prevent abuse, improve the operator setup, and support the live workflow.

To keep the concierge accurate, structured business data such as prices, availability rules, deposits, delivery zones, cancellation rules, and handoff rules may be used when generating replies.

We do not sell operator or customer data.

04

AI model processing

Customer messages and relevant business context may be sent to the selected AI model provider so the concierge can draft or send a response.

Production setups should use the least data needed for the answer. Internal notes, private chats, B2B groups, staff conversations, and excluded contacts should not be sent to the concierge flow.

05

Systems and providers

The service can involve WhatsApp Business Platform, hosting, database storage, analytics, and the selected AI model provider.

It may also involve file storage, error monitoring, email, payment, CRM, or calendar systems when the operator asks for those integrations.

For production operators, the exact providers, locations, and retention settings should be confirmed during setup.

06

Access controls

Access is limited to authorized setup and support staff plus the operator team using the dashboard.

Operator dashboards should use role-based access, secure credentials, and separate tenant data. Staff should only access the businesses they are assigned to.

Private, B2B, partner, driver, owner, accounting, and staff chats should be excluded before automation starts.

07

Retention

Data is kept only as long as needed for setup, support, legal, accounting, security, and agreed operational purposes.

Retention periods should match the operator policy, legal requirements, and launch configuration. Operators may request deletion or export of relevant records unless retention is required by law or contract.

08

Security

We use practical safeguards such as access control, server-side credentials, HTTPS, environment-protected secrets, logging, and separation between operator workspaces.

No system can be guaranteed completely secure. Operators should keep dashboard access limited, rotate credentials when staff changes, and report suspicious access quickly.

09

International processing

Because WhatsApp, hosting, AI model providers, and cloud tools may operate internationally, data may be processed outside the operator or customer country.

The exact production setup should be reviewed with the operator before go-live, especially when customer documents or payment-related records are involved.

10

Your choices

Operators can ask to review, correct, export, or delete operator setup data, subject to legal, security, and contractual limits.

Customers who contact an operator through WhatsApp should normally direct privacy requests to that operator, because the operator controls the customer relationship and booking record.
