## What it does

When a customer messages your WhatsApp, LuxAI replies in seconds. It quotes from your real fleet and pricing rules, never invents numbers, and hands off to your sales team for VIPs, partner-procured cars, and any request the agent should not close alone.

Private chats stay private. The concierge only treats real customer inquiries — B2B, partner, driver, and internal threads are excluded by rule before launch.

## Operating flow

1. **Inquiry arrives.** Customer texts your WhatsApp. The agent replies within seconds, keeps it short, asks for the next useful detail.
2. **Rules are checked.** Fleet, availability, daily / weekly / monthly price, deposit, delivery, insurance, discount caps stay structured behind the scenes. The agent reads, it doesn't guess.
