What LuxAI does
LuxAI answers a business's customers on WhatsApp and Telegram 24/7, in English and Arabic. It quotes from the operator's real fleet or catalogue, follows the operator's pricing and deposit rules, takes bookings, and hands off to the human team for VIPs, refunds, B2B, and anything money-side.
Who uses LuxAI today
LuxAI answers customers today for Lux Motors, a Dubai luxury car rental, and Papillon, a Dubai bakery. The platform is vertical-aware: each operator's concierge speaks in its own brand voice with its own rules.
Data and control
Every operator runs in an isolated workspace: per-tenant data isolation in code, AES-encrypted customer PII at rest, and a strict no-sharing rule across tenants. The operator team keeps control through the dashboard, including full takeover of any conversation.
