Monthly

AED 2,500 a month, including 4,000 customer messages; extra messages are AED 0.50 each. The same plan for every fleet up to 100 cars, no bands.

It covers concierge operation, monitoring, improvements, and support for the live setup.

One-time setup

Setup is priced per car (AED 200 for the first 50, then AED 100), with a minimum of AED 5,000 for small fleets: we import every car, configure pricing and deposit rules, match photos, and test before launch.

Setup also covers WhatsApp preparation, private chat exclusions, dashboard configuration, and launch testing with your team.

Above 100 cars

Fleets above 100 cars and multi-branch operations get custom pricing. Talk to us and we scope it together.

12-month partnership

Launch comes first: implementation and a guided pilot with your team. The 12-month term starts once your concierge is accepted and live.

Partner Network add-on

Optional monthly add-on: when a customer asks for something outside your fleet, the request is routed to your sales team for partner sourcing instead of ending with "we don't have it".

Future

The system starts with luxury car rental operators, but the architecture is designed for other high-value WhatsApp-led businesses later.
